How long will it take to receive my order?
All UK orders are packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse in Basildon, Essex.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and your delivery address. The timeframes below are estimated transit times after dispatch and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Options
Standard Tracked Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days after dispatch. This is our standard economy tracked service and is available across UK destinations.
Express Tracked Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 or courier service, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days after dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 24 is generally used for fast-tracked orders and lightweight-to-medium parcels, while courier services may be used for heavier or larger parcels.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to process and dispatch orders from our Basildon warehouse the same business day when placed before 1pm London time.
Your estimated delivery timeframe begins once your order has been dispatched, not when the order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
